how long does this conversion take..and how experienced should the mechanic be?

Your fuel selector is a Pollak, and it is inferior, I burned mine at only 170degrees. I went with gresecars design, as it can withold 350F. I run on animal fat solid at room temp, so i really gotta heat it up. Takes about 3 minutes on my system. Cheers!
