In the electronic age of real estate almost everything is done online. We search for the home, we communicate about seeing it, I schedule the appointment. Even the contracts are done via electronic signatures. They are easy to sign, no more tracking down multiple signatures. They are very easy to read. No more copies of faxes and scans. They are quick! You can approve it in seconds. In fact, most people do approve in seconds. The only downfall to it is that we don't always sit down and discuss the details of what you are signing. In an effort to provide my clients a little more explanation, in plain English, I have recorded this video. It goes over the highlights of the Listing Agreement. While you do still need to read it (really, read it!) this hopefully points out some of the important parts.
