I looked at the sw model 60, but didn't like it as much as the Ruger sp101. Ruger was heavier and didn't have that locking system. However, the trigger on the 60 seemed lighter.

@tacticalkimchi The Smith's have a much smoother action for sure (leaf spring vs coil). The Ruger's action can be slicked up, but it is still hard to beat an out of the box Smith. I don't care much for the lock on the Smith's either.

Thanks for the video. That's a beauty!! That will be my first handgun. I love big bores. Im now shooting a 45 70 Gov Marlin and a Winchester 30 30 so Im used to the recoil. Just love the sound blast and the kick. Thanks again.

Thanks for the video. Nice job! I've been thinking of trading in my P.O.S. Rossi 97104 for one of these. You just helped seal the deal. That's a nice little gun. Now all I have to do is decide between the 3 inch barrel or the 2 1/4 inch barrel with the spurless hammer. Leaning toward the latter.

Very nice looking gun. Good work with the polishing. Rugers always have some rough tool/machining marks, but to me it's become kind of a part of their character. Nice gun, nice video.
