@yahooman66 , Go to their corporate website, forget the hip kids with their cool looking poor engineered appliances and see that this company is in financial trouble and in what we call RETRENCH MODE.
FISHER PAYKEL BEST USE, my experience, but then after following epinions, consumers guide (yep their last) and seeing the money they lost and marketshare, the word has spread.

@yahooman66 ...ARE MIELE & BOSCH RELIABLE ENOUGH FOR YOU??? OR DO THEY SUCK TOO??? i've been appliance service tech for over 25 years & never seen worst dishwasher than F&P DISHDRAWER!!! i've never been on service call on AMERICAN BRAND dishwasher whose water fill valve failed to seal causing a fllood & thousands of dollars of damage for home owner.

hey F&P, yes i am. your company should be ashame of yourselves. you know too well how much people regret buying your products, especially dishdrawer. i've been to too many service calls on your products & recommend to people just to cut their losses and buy MIELE or BOSCH. you should be directing all the people with negative comments to supervisor & subscribe to their site.

Fine they do look. I'd buy them for looks alone, yet all your consumer review guides show their at the bottom of the list in terms of reliability. Plus you pay more on top that v.s. the more reliable brands. I think most people that buy this brand don't research the mechanicals as much as they do the looks. Quirky like a Saab.

I own Fisher & Paykel double drawer dishwashers - all plastic construction - electronic are on interior floor - when that gets wet and it will good luck finding a service center who repairs these. Stay away if you live in USA there are much better choices.
