Today's squats
Front squats - 5 @ 135, 4 @ 165, 3 @ 195, 2 @ 225, 5x2 @ 255
Back Squats - 5x10 @ 215
Hip deviation seems to be all but gone, which is a good thing, but there are definitely some other form issues. I have some serious tail tucking going on and I'm doing some serious good-morning-ing with my hips coming up as fast as they are. more to work on I guess, any input is appreciated.
