I have a kx 250 2t and a yz450f 4t and there's alot of differences, advantages and disadvantages between them but i don't think one of them is faster then the other one. I used to be a person that hated 4 strokes, pretty ridicolous to do before youve tried one. 2 strokes are easier to maintane and alot cheaper to buy parts to, 4 strokes are expensive and bitches to work with but they are easier to ride. Theres ups and downs with everything

2 strokes are too high maintance and you cant run them in low rpms without them fouling out. 4 strokes are heavier. Either work alot to have a cooler bike or just ride a 4 stroke. i stick with 4 strokes.
