Love Jello and I agree about gun control. But the crazed rhetoric didn't have anything to do with the Gifford shooting. Loughner was nuthouse crazy.

sorry jello, guns are awesome. i get what your saying but you might want one someday, shit will get crazy.

I imagine Jello's house plastered in newspaper clippings and string

The guy who shot Giffords was a pot smoking moron who lost his mind, nobody can control anyone no matter the rhetoric in life, they have free speech, just because somebody gets killed on a highway doesn't mean you ban all highways....the logic you argue does not seem consistent with across the board free speech and the 1st amendment, in other words you can't apply your ideas to all circumstances, if your not consistent it weakens how your argument appears to others.

Also the media helps the parties rig the elections, they actively commit fraud cause they know they will get advertising dollars from the candidates and PAC's so they skew the polls and votes to try and drive voter contribution to the candidates to generate more ad revenue, they manipulate the results and make no clear winner so they can sell more ad space to the PACS and candidates, they already have Clear Channel and MSNBC call for Romney, whom Bain has fiscal connections to both sides.

Conservatives as of now have nowhere to present their views even Fox news has turned it's back on them, look at how they behave towards Ron Paul for example, they will never play fair, the rest of them are actually just as bad as fox towards Paul which tells me that no law can fix stupidity, Jello!

You need a machine gun to shoot at fascists and corporatists and the reason you keep them illegal are to keep the people under foot, in recent years one can ask why do the police need them? If they fear the public so much then maybe the public should fear the police and the boys on wall st as much as they fear the rest of us? Guns like machine guns are needed to prevent a tyranny from taking hold or to activly resist one, right now the only people that are allowed them are criminals and gov!

One of the only things I've ever found hard to agree with Biafra on is his stance on guns, but 95% of what he has to say about everything else is still hard for me to argue with.

You can't claim anti-censorship if you want to censor "vitriol" from right-wingers. I don't care if it's huge corporate funded right wing tv or talk-radio, censorship of ANY speech is unacceptable. And no, you don't need a 30 round clip to shoot squirrels, but they have guns. Post-Katrina, regular army marched down the streets of N.O. with assault rifles. In an age where the president alone runs a totally secret assassination program, executing US citizens absent due process, WE NEED WEAPONS.

"if they were muslims"
So, out of curiosity, what ARE you suggesting we do? Corporate media is biased because it's corporate. If we stop subsidizing corporations, make free speech universal to anyone (regardless of their economic status OR political views) we might stand a chance, but what the fuck kind of precedent are you trying to set with the "fairness doctrine"? Just the name is frightening. Imagine if you were forced to write equal/opposite versions of every DK's song, to be "fair".
Jello for president

I love that this guy is still just as on fire as he was in the 80's.
