Most damage probably done by chryotherapy, right? Perhaps the surgically created ostia. SMR if done correctly should not cause ENS. Chris Martin is not a doctor but in his ENS book he gives the highest rating to SMR + outfracture, the safest and most effective way to treat hypertrophied turbs (my problem, 4 surgeries and still struggling and trying to get this fixed).

I too am a victim of ENT doctors criminal behavior which in our society goes unpunished.
ENT surgery has the potential to ruin your life. Be mindful of this next time an ENT wants to do surgery on you. No matter how sincere they seem in the back of their mind they know how much money they make from surgery.

I think a problem is how they are taught, these books should be rewritten to accept only VERY safe techniques.
