when i was a kid of 10 or 12 i listened to these guys on am radio.loved them then,now im old,listen to them on the computer,u-tube,and they still send shivers up my spine,and how i miss the girl(and good times)wish i could see her today -aubrey-love u-we have lost 3 of these guys ,my friends at heart,only me and david left,sometimes i feel.i hate to see us go- love u david and charles

Ok what is the deal, Is David Gates still performing and touring can someone throw me a fricken bone here? In the 70's I spent alot of coin on condoms and drink listening to this dude and the band.Now I spend the coin on Arthritic creams and pain meds! Hello!!!!

I was also named after this beautiful song. Spelled exactly the same way! I never appreciated my name until my teens when I found my parents Bread album, saw my name on it and listened to this song. I was amazed! I'm 36 now and still would not change it for the world. Thank you Mom and Dad!
