Freeholder President, Lou Magazzu and Millville City Commissioner, Jim Quinn boast so much how they fought to bring a motorsports operation to the City of Millville. They won. They also allowed this noise polluter to be built with no noise mitigation whatsoever. Only after a lawsuit did a sound barrier get installed on one turn of the Lightning Track that was the closest to a residential property. The Lightning Track is the smaller and least desirable track for big racing events. All the thunderous noise comes from the Thunderbolt.

Lou Magazzu said: This is not a smokestack. This is not something that will bring deleterious effects.

Well, Mr. Magazzu, this is the second video that TrackRacket dedicates to you.
