Due to tremendous summer rain Dec. 2008), the park was actually closed, but we were able to talk the guard into letting us in since we weren't going to any of the low-lying areas. Even so, it was amazing how much water was on our path. We had to wench out twice and there were large cat tracks all around us! Fun times!

  • Hi there! Do you usually go in the winter? This was taken in the middle of the Zim summer. We actually just visited for the day and were staying with friends in Chiredzi so we didn't camp out. Do you go to Zim often? Very cool!
