I tried the eternity side by side with TS9 on a DRRI amp, it has some similarities but it's not the same. You can't really tweak the tone knob too much on a ts9 cause you'll have to compromise to either a muddy low end or an ear-piercing highs. The eternity solved that problem. I have no knowledge of schematics stuff, I only use my ears to listen for the sound quality.

@William102582 It's not an exact clone of the Tubescreamer, but it's pretty close. It's amazing how much of a difference changing a few values can make. I swapped two resistors and the IC in a friends OD-1 and it doesn't even sound like the same pedal anymore! (in a good way)
