Omg, Kelly out sang Carrie. This is 100x's better than Carrie's version and so much less whiny. Kelly rocks those notes and is amazing! Touching, heartwrenching, amazing!

@ridrime64 By switching to head voice and adding lots of soft tones, Kelly managed to give this song so many layers compared to Carrie's version. I love Carrie but sometimes I feel like her voice is a less powerful version of LeAnn Rhime's voice (although Carrie enunciates WAY better than LeAnn lol). I could actually FEEL Kelly during this. Carrie still needs to work on adding emotion to her vocals.

@ridrime64 I think you have it backwards, actually. Kelly sings from her heart. I don't feel anything when I listen to Carrie sing. She can hit big notes and hold them out, but there's no conviction in her voice. It's so vanilla. Kelly gave this song a backbone.

AMAZING! I like Carrie's version a lot, and it's very pretty, but it lacks conviction. Kelly sings with such soul and emotion that I swear she could sing anyone's song and make it not only her own, but make it sound like she lived it. I absolutely adore this woman!
