http://www.ClickMillionaires.com -- Carpal tunnel syndrome can hurt your wrists, arms, and even neck. If you work on the PC like I do, you want a solution.
Watch to see the trackball mouse that I recommend. It can relieve your hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder strain AND make you more productive, too.

Visit http://www.ScottFox.com for more video clips, podcasts, and free email newsletters of online marketing tips and e-commerce strategies, too.

  • I need to get that mouse I am having numbness in my left hand and pain

  • @ladyyuna2000 Please do. I"ll be it will help you like it has me. I looked on Amazon.com for you just now and they are still selling them. Maybe ask for one for Christmas!

  • Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've been working on the computer so much more since starting my website and had very painful shoulder and neck problems ever since. I also find that having my arm forward all the time really makes matters worse. So I'm thinking that I could maybe use this mouse in my lap (I know, it sounds kinda funny!) to keep from having my arm up and forward all the time. Thanks for the suggestion, Scott...I'm going to go mouse hunting right away!

  • I do not agree with the your logic. A trackball mouse is silly and outdated.

  • Trackball mice make my arms and hands go fully numb in literally three mins. I am glad they helped you. My only option is bilateral surgery at this point and dictation software, a nightmare for a professional academic writer and poet. Trackballs are great but actually made the numbness worse for me so I went to an optic mouse at waist-height and a chair so arm i not lifted or stretched at all. Good tips tho!

  • what is the name of that mouse? I am not an english speaker but I like your video

  • virgin....

  • being ambidextrous can cause brain damage?
