i think the american people like being lied to. i've never heard of Jimmy Carter lying, he got booted out of office. Reagan-liar, Bush Sr- liar, Clinton-liar, George W Bush- total disaster. The American people don't really care about honesty. They want a good looking, charismatic president to tell them what they want to hear.

I remember Obamas first month in office everyone were saying how good he is going to be and all the great things he said he would do. Then i respond to someones comment about making fun of Bush and i point out all the negatives about Obama. Then i recieved many nasty comments back calling me racist. When i say the same thing to people now, they all agree with me.

The interviewer asked Bush a question that didn't even make sense. Imagine you are inside a burning house. You can either find a way out or stay inside right? It's not possible to do something in between that, like the question the guy asked. The American troops could either 'cut and run' or 'stay the course'. They're the only options!

LOL, this video is actually from 2006. Still, I'm mostly happy with Obama. Anyone who thinks the troops were coming home the day after he took office just wasn't paying attention. Winding down a war can be much harder than getting one started.
