they didnt because there was a vehicle danger close to the tracks. you dont dim your headlights if you meet near a grade crossing, if there are MOW crews, or like this, foamers near the tracks

i work for bnsf. it`s always nice to see other trains/railways. 2:40 why did`nt you guys dim your headlights? love your new engines,i personally like the es44`s over the new 70aces,70m-2s.
