Voices of the Recovery Act: Gail Land

Before being awarded a Recovery Act project repaving five miles of US-2 between Monroe and Sultan in Washington state, Gail Land's construction company was having one of its slowest years. Gail is very excited that her project is a part of the Recovery Act, and says that "knowing that I could get my crew back to work and possibly hire new people was a great feeling."
