These people are the motorbike clubs which gathered the friends of a junior high school or a high school, and were made from the hobby.

Is there any portion which was conscious of a little American police also?

WOW, man. Are these buys a stunt demonstration team or something? In vintage police garb, or WHAT? I know Japanese clubs can be a bit ... eccentric, at times. But this is like something for a weird "retro" movie, or something like that. But heck, most "biker" clubs have some form of uniform, some code of conformity. So if this is really a casual bike club, the concept is BRILLIANT! Ha ha. As individuals they all look cooler than the Fonz. As a group? Cooler than bike cops from Dirty Harry.
