P.S. — I Made This genius Erica Domesek (who has an amazing new book out) makes DIY fashion that is as much a statement as anything from the runways — and a lot less expensive. Today, she shows DailyCandy editor Lauren Lumsden how to make a fringe scarf from an old T-shirt. It costs next to nothing to make and requires little more than a good pair of scissors.

  • OMg So Gonna do this!!!

  • Looks like a cute video. But it's not a SEAM at the bottom, it's a hem. This means it is open, not sewn together

  • It is cuter if you put the fringe on both sides of the scarf going part way up either side and leaving a space in the middle. :D

  • oh my gosh look at puppy fail

  • Pretty good!

  • The puppy looks ssooooo adorable with the scarf!

  • It works best with a stretchy materiel. I made mine out of a speghetti strap tank top & it worked perfectly! (:
