Bomb Goes Off In Jerusalem - Caught By Tourist Camera

The date is Nov 3rd, 2007. The city, Jerusalem. A suspicious bag is discovered and the professional Israeli bomb squad is called in to investigate.

A friend and I (my first night back in Israel) were heading out for some dinner.. only to find our escape being blocked by an angry male and female bomb squad team.

The women yelling in hebrew, (what I can understand now) is saying "Boy le po!!" which means "Come to here"!, but at the time I was a bit flustered and not listening. thinking she was saying the opposite, to go away or "Lech mi po."

Notice the male bomb squad member storming back around his van after the deed is done. Its nearly an impossible feat keeping that country safe from attacks, so obviously he takes things very seriously.

When we 'escape' from the back stairwell the crowd milling about.. suddenly (barely audible because of the music I added) a guy yells WALK! and everyone is told its ok to go around the corner and they all become animated again. Lucky timing.

I have yet another video to submit from the same time period. again I got super lucky capturing some action, which is awfully rare here in Jerusalem. I just have my camera on and something starts to happen.
