@Zeeboe, @JarlySpixieGiambetti.....i've lived in in fredericksburg for 20 years..i moved here when central park was still a mini golf course, the big damn on the rappohanock had'nt been blown up yet..i bought stuff off the walls when spanky's went out of business downtown,,.i was born in the OLD marry washington hospitals, and i've even done volunteer work downtown restoring the old stone ware house while my mom tought ballet at the academy of ballet in jail alley..it is home and i do understand

@palauanman Yeah the do when its home, and even though its boring as all get out sometime, its nice to have a small down feel in a town thats growing so much. It's a lot better hometomwn then some people get

I grew up in Fredericksburg, moved to New Orleans last year. I loved seeing the clip of the Massaponax sign on I-95...I lived just a few miles from there. Thanks for posting! Really made me homesick and miss all the wonderful things about the 'Burg.
