it downclocks when cpu isnt doing anything worth the power, run a game and look at cpu-z, then it should say 2.3

Lets try this with my 10year old laptop xD
Already made it faster once, so lets over clock it and make it faster xD, does not realy matter to me if the laptop is been damaged xD it's such an old one xD Lets give it a try xD
