"A Kevin Jonas Love Story" chapter 15-1

I believe everyone is entitled to a boring chapter...this may well be mine, but there always is part 2...enjoy

I continued thru my day having the knowledge of Kevin and Joe's conversation in my head. Why would such a wonderful man leave his family to be with me? I'm nobody compared to them. Kevin and Joe decided to take Nick and Frankie out for lunch.
Joe: So are you guys ready for that fun raising gala black tie wearing event thingy.
Nick: yeah, Joe you have a way with words.
Kevin: Oh my god, I forgot about that thing, Mom and Dad aren't going to it right.
Joe: No, they want us to go for them.
Nick: I know why you forgot it. They asks us to go to this thing a couple of months ago, you know, before everything that has happened. You didn't have a date then.
Frankie: what happened, you have a date now.
Nick: Frankie, just eat your food.
Frankie: fine.
Kevin pulled out his cell phone and dialed a number. He got up when the person answered it so none of the others could hear his conversation. He came back over when he hung up the phone and sat back down.
Joe: Who was that?
Kevin: A friend, I have a plan.
Nick: oh boy, this isn't gonna end well.
Kevin: shut up. *throwing a fry at him*
They went back to the house and he found me in the family room where I was cleaning.
Kevin: When will you be done?
Me: I just have to clean this one last room and I'm done for today. Why?
Kevin: How would you like to be my date to a fund raiser. You get to wear a gown?
Me: How exactly do you expect me to pull that off?
Kevin: leave it to me.
A couple of hours later, I was sitting in my house and there was a knock at the door. I went to open it and it was Joe standing there with a box in his hands. I took the box from him and closed the door. I opened the box and pulled out the most beautiful ball gown I have ever seen. It was a dark blue and it had matching shoes. It felt like a fairytale getting dressed in it but I still don't know what Kevin was up to. I waited a little while longer and then there was another knock at my door. I opened it and it was Kris and Emily.
Kris: We're here to pick you up and bring you to the limo.
Me: this is getting weirder by the minute, but it is Kevin we're talking about here.
Emily: Just trust us, it'll be fun.
They got me to the limo,I got inside and there was this girl there that was also dressed up but when I got in she said have a good time and when out the other door.
Me: Ok, now I know that there is something weird going on.
Kevin: My parents wanted us to have dates for this and I called her so I had someone to show my parents so they didn't think something was fishy.
Me: your crazy
