Eat away fear - just as big Thanksgiving dinners make you tired and candy bars give you a sugar high, what we eat affects how we feel. Take the edge off of fear and anxiety by eating these three foods before you go out...............

Music by Weslester. All pictures from sxc.hu. heart and apple: Sanja Gjenero - fear man: Lieven Volckaert - chocolate flakes: Colin Tossijn - ginger: Steve Woods - banana: Darek Tyka

  • Chocolate is a very bad idea, it makes you jittery like Coffee does.

  • Telling people with anxiety disorders to eat chocolate is not good at all. The caffeine and theobromine in chocolate is a stimulant. DO NOT eat chocolate if you anxiety coincides with adrenal weakness, as it will exacerbate the problem, and weaken your adrenals further. I looked this up during a panic attack and the music scared the crap out of me. I had to turn my sound off. Next time go with something soothing and soft for us skittish people. :P

  • Not a good idea to eat when your depressed... >.> That was okay at first but 257 lbs later...

  • @TheZombiePanda all choclates dont have caffeine...like ferrero rochero

  • Chocolate actually brings on panic attacks for me. I sure it's the combination of high sugar & caffeine. I'm told chocolate has very little caffeine. If so, I must be hyper-sensitive to it as it can make me nutts if I eat it several days in a row.

  • No offence, but you've obviously never panicked. If i'm panicking and i eat anything sweet, say chocolate or even a banana, then i wil throw up. At least you put Ginger on there, although that's for feeling sick.

  • I really managed to relief my stress and anxiety. Check this out-------------------------------->w w w dealwithstresslabs com

  • @NaturalMLBFan thanks dude. the best info is from the Panic Away and associated sites. it has lots of free stuff well worth listening to. There is lots of good help.

  • @SuperJane99 @SuperJane99 Agreed. Right when I saw "chocolate" on this guys list, I knew not to take this guy seriously. He obviously hasn't experienced an anxiety attack. I also played it smart this time and turned the volume ALL the way down. Last thing I need right now is my damn heart to start racing 5,000 mph. This shit is very hard to controI. I wouldn't wish this miserable feeling upon my worst enemy.

  • TAKE THIS VIDEO OFF THE WORLD WIDE WEB IMMEDIATELY.

  • And mentioning beta blockers as if they are a good thing to do with no side effects. Cretin!!!!!
