@liamvmt plus all the others :P lolol

Tool is just viewed by most people as our generation of Pink Floyd but whatever floats your boat big guy. Tool's talent has improved with each album and i bet FTM were influnced by Tool as well as many others.
Also, Meshuggah mainstream?? I guess im just ignorant because i dont listen to sirius satelite and the like on a daily basis.
Meshuggah - Dancers to a discordant system BAD. ASS.
-
The lead singer is always so painfully shy in interviews. I want to meet this band one day, or at least see them live.
-
I'm not overly fond of Tool, myself. I'm more thrilled with A Perfect Circle; it's more digestible. Sometimes Tool feels to me as though they're trying TOO hard to sound technical.
System used to be amazing, and I still listen to them. I just wish they didn't turn into some MTV suckfest.
-
Well, system and tool are, but i don't hate bands JUST because they're mainstream, I look for talent and originality. Go check out whitechapel, 7 horns 7 eyes, and Boy hits car for bands I like that aren't mainstream. Mainstream or not, I think Tool is the best.
-
No offense, but Tool, Meshuggah, and System have kind of been mainstream for quite a while. =/
-
Hell No, I don't listen to that shit!!! I Like Fair to Midland, Boy Hits Car, some System of a down, Meshuggah and favorite band is Tool. I hate mainstream music. I like anything technical or unique.
-
Hey, but enjoy hinder, hoobastank, nickelback, or whatever gay ass rock you listen to.
the wife, the kids and the white picket fence is probably the best song imo, plus seafarer's knot. fuking awesome band
