Pt. 2 of a George Gray cool down from a daily workout routine. For those that have the time to do this directly after a workout then it is wise. If you are someone like myself that when hitting the gym I use free weights in my routine that gets my blood circulating and gives me some muscles in keeping the blood warm and flowing. Too many drummers complain about tingly fingers, fingers falling asleep and issues with the wrist and a lite workout with free weights that's not too heavy at all will circulate the blood through out. So after the workout then you have a good workout on the drum kit with movements around the drum kit that will prevent the muscles, limbs and tendons from tighten up. A very good concept
