No offense to Dead fans everywhere, but Jackie was doing just fine before joining PL & F. He's a craftsman, who just happens to be a wonderful interpreter of Dead material. His songs are NOTHING to sneeze at.

Jackie is a great inspiration because he started from nothing and hes running on Talent! Man this guys is great.
Phil lesh really helped this guy out sooo much.
