Benny Benassi has rewired David Bowies original 1979 single, D.J., turning Bowies comment on late 70s DJ culture, into a fired-up, ferociously addictive electro cut. Currently picking up plays from Tom Novy, Tocadisco, Sister Bliss, Larry Tee, Roger Sanchez, and many more, its been signed by Positiva for a full commercial release in the Summer 2009.

don know this f...in benassi, how can he dare destroying such a jewel of the pop-rock history, simply an anthology, and merely untouchable!! If you aren't convinced, get a look at the original D.J video of bowie, both eyes and ears wide open, and let me just point out that's back in '79 ( lodger LP ), and you'll understand when exactly MTV got born ; with 'ashes 2 ashes' a year later ( scary monsters LP in 1980 ), MTV was created a couple of years prior it's promoters launched it...
