Parks Canada, the agency controlling Halifax Harbour's Georges Island, charged $14/person to take people to the island on the Metro Transit ferry in the middle of June 2008. Many Citadel Hill employees (soldiers and the like) gave tours of Georges Island and made it seem real to those of us who'd lived our lives in sight of the island without ever being to walk around it. We live about .87km from Georges and finally got a taste of a few hours length. Beautiful place, amazing history.

i went there on the Carnival Cruise, look like you guys did that too? we ended going on th Bar Crawl Tour and partied with at least 20 rambunctious Guido Jersey Italians lol it was awesome!

haha thanks so much for puting that video together, i work at the halifax citadel and i know the ppl from ur clips. The ass close up was hilarious, gonna have to find out wich parks canada girl that was haha, thanx enjoyed it

Yeah, I had the chance to go there twice, and get paid to do it. The response was overwhelming, and it just may be a regular thing.
