Violation of the Logan act is treason, voicing an opinion on a radio show is protected by the 1st Amendment, you do the math. If we are to app;u them equally, then Pelosi needs to be taken away to jail for her violations of the Logan Act in her unauthorized trip to Damascus, which Bush told her not to do. The Logan act prescribes penalties for anyone making such trips with the intend of shaping US foreign policy outside the executive branch. How does this unequal application of law live up to your standard?
