why does brad have a cadillac cts at the beginning if the movie then change it to a Lincoln towncar later?

@B789c Part 1 - There are plenty of continuity mistakes in this movie. I think cadillac payed to have the CTS (a new car by then) driven by Brad, but not enough for it to be "star of the movie". Mercedes should have paid more to have Angelina driving the C Touring, the wagon was a flop at the time, because it cost a lot more than the sedan so they needed to make it look like "premium". =>

@B789c Part 2 - As Brads car would have to be crashed maybe Cadillac didnt want to associate themselves with dangerous situation, specially where it would sustain more damage than a competitor or the car just was not available on the day of the shooting. Pay atention to the fact that the Mercedes isnt actually crashed on the crash scene, a minor bump would have dislocated the healdlight and bumber, let alone one that cause severe damage to the Lincoln's side.
