oooo Great List! I see your point about using films based on real facts and people.. Hang on..Are you trying to Imply Conan wasn't a genuine person?! Otherwise great films!!
-
@milas1976 Kingdom of Heaven was more accurate than a lot of medieval movies... Nobody ever rags on Braveheart or for that matter, "Robin Hood" (talk about "in name only")
-
Braveheart is overrated and more historically inaccurate than many of the others.
There've been a million films about Joan of Arc, many of them bad... be specific?
Game of Thrones is set in a fantasy world but is based on the War of the Roses...
Oh come on....
No Braveheart? No Exculiber? No Jean d'Arc???
Its a good list but not really fair and complete.
Good work tho.

In the case of Braveheart and Jean d' Arc (I imagine you're talking about Luc Besson's Version), i prefer this movies. About Excalibur: i tried to use movies based in real facts and people (kind of, with the exception of Ladyhawke, in the first part), and Excalibur is based in the arthur's myth: a Legend). I'm not saying the movies is bad, i love it, in fact i have it in anoter clip i created about epic fantastic movies.
