Great arm, good mobility, needs to work on eyes and not trying to force it into coverage. The system they run is kind of dumb. No one ever bites on the inside hand off fake and it seems Brock is always searching for the snap. In a pro-style offense with plenty of grooming should be an outstanding QB.
