It makes sense thanks to this video. Don't really move the club, but move it, and apply pressure with the hands, but don't pressure the club to stop with the hands so that the glove is still above while being immediately under. Fantastic analysis

This guys swing is amazing. You wouldn't say he has a particularly huge turn, or that he has alot of Garcia style lag, or even mega fast hip speed. He just turns onto the ball and swishes through it with such freedom and speed. Great positions too.
I remember Tiger saying that Hank was the longest person he'd ever played with a few years ago.
