  • I actually attended this seminar, and found Steve's insights very much on point and presented in a way that was both interesting and entertaining.

    His depth of understanding and experience in dealing with unions and other labor relations issues is obvious, and I left with the intention of giving him a call -- which I did.

    I strongly recommend this seminar for employers hoping to remain union-free, trying to deal with a union already in place, or even the ultimate goal: decertification.
