@BigTMan1 You know what? I think I'm gonna use all my money to fund research on time travel and then go back in time to warn Sam not to be on that road that night. The world would be a little better if I could do that. Haha. :) He is sooo missed.

Wow! Arachnophobia wasn't billed as a 'thrillomedy' in Australia, I remember that. It was a straight out thriller. And it wasn't a thriller, it was crap! It was like that Snakes on a Plane thing. And John Goodman wasn't the hero, he was a 'bit part'!
But I love Sam Kinison..

Arachnophobia, that and Tremors are two of my favorite movies from this period.
Roseanne was a hot show at the time; maybe they were trying to hype it?

Sorry, I hit "post" before I could add something.
It's eerie to hear Sam talk about smashing his car. If only he knew what was in store for him, just two short years later. The world hasn't been the same, and comedy hasn't been funny for me, since he died.
