People don't realize that all these so-call digitally remastered songs are derived from old technology like records and tapes. Also, that the remaster is can not sound better that the original, but only just as good - at best !

That is very true, and sometimes I have been disappointed in some digital remasters and preferd the original. some warmth and quality of the original recording is sometimes lost.

That wonderful old technology. In my humble opinion, today's jsunk doesn't match. And if you want to get something comparable, you'd have to spend a considerable amount.
