"The real secret to hitting someone hard is hand strength. If your hands aren't strong, speed and arm strength matter very little. If You're lucky, your reflexes will inhibit your power to strike to protect you from injury. If you're unlucky, you will hit someone and damage your hand or wrist."

The Martial Arts Hand And Grip Training Guide will guide you step-by step through exercises that will give you those sledgehammer hands. You will become a more effective martial artist, even if you don't focus on punching and striking.

Your hand and grip strength will become phenomenal. When you grapple, your python grip will give you a HUGE advantage.

  • i can do that all in reavers with both my legs broken

  • I wish I could do that!

  • great athletics, no doubt, but how will this get you a world title?

  • Well I do hit hard and fast, but I guess practicing my Cork to Gainer will be useful to celebrate with after I win the fights.

  • wow and here all i got is a butterfly kick and hand spring. *lowers head in shame* if only i could learn the aerial cartwheel... hahah nice vid. deceiving name, but nice vid nonetheless!

  • all i see is just a display of complexity and beauty of movements but it will practically useless in a real world(real fight). you can only do this in a movie..useless, ineffective..even though i'm impressed with their movements but once again, most of it are useless.. you face a real martial artist, you'll doomed..sorry..

  • Not gonna lie, if I went to beat some dudes ass and he pulled off some shit like that guy at 1:41, I'd probably have to think about it again. It's all good, let the gymnasts and parkour guys have fun too. Obviously, they aren't hurting anyone.........ever ;)

  • hahaha covert that leg power into kicking power and the best martial artists are in trouble, who cares wat the heading is!!

  • another example of gymnists covering up by labeling it a martial art the thing is you have to use this in a defensive situation to call it martial and it has to have form and style to be called an art this has neither

  • utter rubbish the lot of this, nothing to do with self defence or martial arts, this is gymnastics.
