Michelle - The Birds Fly South

June, Cindy, Joanna and I flocked to the Shepherd & Dog, in Fulking, North of Brighton, before moving on to town for some shopping. The it was back to change for the evening. My animal print dress did a proper "sow's ear to silk purse" job on my knackered old self, so that was a good start. Our dinner saw us being serenaded by a beautiful opera singer - how nice! It made the dinner really special, as did being invited to join a crowd of ladies for their party in the back room (Brighton's Zumba Dance Group - and they were gorgeous!!)! Then it was out to the bars for more drinkies and dancing. Downstairs at Revenge was lovely and crowded but upstairs had more dance/trance flavour - and we could roost on the podiums. The music was then interspersed by our species' cry "Don't look at her, look at me!!" A great day and night; thanks, girls!!
