I had some Christmas beverages & made this week's monologue! I say positive things about myself, after a year of putting myself down.

For those who don't know, I started making weekly monologues on January 2 of 2011 & I have almost done it for a year. Every week I record my thoughts. It it unrehearsed & written, recorded, edited & uploaded in under 24 hours - so please don't over analyze the vids :)
