Hey Justin..I am also a HIV+ gay black male so I understand totally where you coming from.I have been poz since April 2005.I take Kaletra and Combivir,the only side effects I have is not being able to sleep.When I do sleep I suffer from weird dreams.Other than that I am maintaining very well.My CD4(Tcell) is 795 and viral load is undetectable.
