Vacuity - Gojira guitar cover (The Way of All Flesh)

Cover of Vacuity, the new song from the upcoming Gojira album "The Way of All Flesh"

Sound recorded with Toneport UX1 then filmed with MacBook Pro webcam. It was a pain in the ass to sync, because the webcam is very laggy. I recorded both guitars, but didn't film playing the second guitar.

Learned by ear, so don't ask for tabs.

Can't wait for the new album, Gojira! And hoping for a new song to be released soon. ;)

on the new album they play Drop-C for Toxic Garbage Island, All The Tears and Vacuity they play The Way Of All Flesh in CGCD#GC the rest is in D-Standard, but im not 100% on Adoration For None, and pretty much all of their other albums; Terra Incognita, The Link and From Mars To Sirius is in D-Standard

for the bit in between 0:46 and 0:48 u shud basically go up in pitch on the fretboard but jus let your finger rest on the string instead of playing actual notes but good cover nyways dude

there are a few songs on the CD that are in drop C... but there are also songs that are in D standard...

they have used mult- tunings previously
