Sensible overtake on a roundabout?

First van passed quite close and cut in pretty quick but normal for this area. Next idiot in a van decides to overtake on a roundabout. I can hear him coming and there's no change in the engine noise - he ain't going to stop. Just as well the motorbike entering the roundabout from the right was blocked by an inconsiderate motorist otherwise there may have been a need for the hospital around the corner.

i knocked a cyclist of his bike today, it was very funny

Lost count the number of times a driver's tried to over-take me whilst I'm cycling across small islands. Same for taking the first exit. I riding defensively (but not aggressively), so that I don't get forced off the road and I respect everyone else..makes little difference; they will STILL try it on, and STILL have the nerve to get irate when they have to brake. They wouldn't do the same to a car, yet they clearly don't understand and/or respect the fact cyclists are traffic..
