A rare Amtrak movement rolls westbound on the Port Road at Columbia on a dreary, foggy afterooon. The Superliner and the baggage car were at Bear, DE (near Wilmington) for repairs. Because of low catenary clearances around Philadelphia, the train was routed via the Port Road/Royalton Branch to Harrisburg. The cars presumably headed west for use in intercity service.
