Its interesting how every culture has their own types of humor, Germans mostly have humor about arguing, politics, and traveling—which involved something to do with foreigners or being in another country or someone being in their country. The Japanese play a lot of pranks, silliness and human behavioral limits. Americans have dirty humor—that plays off human stupidity, race, gags. British humor is very logistic, sequential, a lot of which plays off of also silliness and properness.

Natürlich ist das Original immer besser. Aber für die deutschen Zuschauer war es einer meiner Meinung nach gelungene Synchronisation. Und daß das im deutschen Fernsehen nicht normal ist, sehen wir an Farscape u. a. Serien, die total verhunzt wurden. Was witzig ist, kennt noch jemand die Folge, wo sich Dave Allen über seine Synchro im chinesischen Fernsehen lustig macht?

Du hinkst der Zeit erheblich hinterher. Die deutschen Fassungen wurden für die dritten Programme ab 1968 bis ca. Mitte der 80er in Auftrag gegeben, also zu einer Zeit, in der englischsprachige Sendungen eine Seltenheit waren. Frag bitte Oma und Opa, die werden Dir weiterhelfen können.
