My wireless always stuffs up. i turn it off after use and i have a fire wall and it always cuts out. i have it in my computer room. i live in a residential area. can i have some advice on how to solve my internet los problem.

I hate people like you always winging about Bigpond or Telstra. I have had nothing but great customer support. Only make one phone call for the matter and it is always fixed and it is always working unlike some other ISP

Bigpond is the worst ISP I have ever come across. I was with them for 2 months before leaving to Internode. Poor customer service, their tech guys are moronic idiots.
I rung up to report a phone line fault, which interfered with my internet. I told the guy I used 10 different filters/splitters, 3 of them new. In the end, he sent me a new freaken splitter and said "call back if this doesn't work". It didn't. Bigpond, a huge multimillion dollar company actually charges you for uploads.
