This shrink wrap effect is a visual impact muscle building technique which allows for maximum muscle tone. The trick is to get to a low body fat percentage and maintain for a 4-6 weeks. This gives your skin a chance to tighten up to your smaller body size.

After your skin has tightened up you want to start a high volume weight training routine aimed at sarcoplasmic growth. This will allow you to add some quick muscle size in a few short weeks. The result will be the shrink wrap effect which is when your skin is shrink wrapped around your muscles.

    I used to know guys who looked like this in high school. They're ALL fat and bald now. Except me. I never worked out a day in my life, but I ate right and never smoked or drank alcohol. Now I'm 44 and thin with a full head of hair.*

  • Did you actually use the Visual Impact Muscle Building program? Because I'm debating whether or not to do it. I'm in high school right now and it'd probably be pretty difficult to get in the 6 meals per day, not to mention a healthy and substantial meal, considering what schools serve nowadays.

I am trying to lose fat, but I don't have that much, but when I get in shape and tone myself I don't want to be scronny/too lean, I'd like to be about your size, maybe bigger. Any tips?

  • @thebigmarbowski84 u should do cardi to burn fat not to work hard on abs u should do some ( joking.or walking.or swiming ...) about 30 min per day and then ur body will use the fat that u have on abs and then BAM her is the abs

  • if u wonna that body just train hard burn fat burning fat it will show the abs and give u a V under abs u have to do cardio every day like ( runing. walking.swiming...) and about diet u should eat 60/100 protein and 35/100 cabohydr and 5/100 good fat and get some sleep
