I'm Brian; we just bought and closed this house a couple weeks ago, and had a large beehive we noticed prior to closing. Called Action Bee a couple days before we were going to get the keys and after taking possession we called him the next day and they were out that morning to get the problem taken care of. And they pulled out about eighty pounds of bees and honeycomb and honey out of the half wall here, and they sealed it up that day. Had had no problems since. Last lingerers were gone within 48 hours and had no bees returning since. It was a real quick response and was able to get the kids outside playing and having a good time within a couple days of purchasing the home.
