if you want to go to the city again just walk to the stairs ( if you go between the two stone walls as you can see infront of you it will appear stairs as you can see underneath, then simply go through them

the easiest way is to use whirlwind sprint to go over the wall from the roof of jorrvaskar

You can simply walk under the chest and go through the rock/cliff face where the archery targets are and appear back in the city.

you can get back in by walking to the left in the area were the chest is and jumping up and using the forge ittl tele you inside like so other poeple can see this
