  • ask your doctor or local pharmacy about b12 injections. worth noting there are more meat eaters with b12 deficiency than vegans as most informed vegans take a b12 supplement. b12 is lacking in meats because it is a bacteria that is killed off by our sterile meat production methods. you can also get b12 from soil (on fruits and vegs) but because much of our soil has been overfarmed many of the normal nutrients including b12 are lacking. i take an under the tongue b12 losenge with 50.000% rda
